This pose relieves tension from the lower part of the body by improving the flow of blood to the pelvic region.

It stretches the hamstrings and lower back, thus enhancing the chances of conception. Calms the brain, and relieves stress and fatigue. Tones the pelvic floor and could give a boost to your sex life. Strengthens your hips, groin, and core muscles. Improves energy flow into the hip and pelvic areas, thereby stimulating the reproductive organs. Uplifts the state of mind and relieves your stress and anxiety levels.
